Biography
Peter Sarpong joined Ghana Baptist University College in 2012 as a lecturer. Currently, Sarpong is the head of Department of Marketing and Entrepreneurship. He is also a part-time lecturer at Christ Apostolic University College, Kumasi and Business Consultant for Small and Medium Enterprise (SMEs). Moreover, the CEO of KIC Micro-Finance and Transport Services. He had the following academic qualifications; University of Hull-UK (MBA), Oxford Cambridge & RSA Certificate-UK (ICT), Member of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health-UK, Hull College (NVQ), University of Cape Coast (Economic/ Sociology) and Teachers Cert’A-Wesley College
(Kumasi). Before joining Ghana Baptist University College, Peter held positions as Head of Corporate Sales (RLG Company Limited) and Tutor (Ghana Education Service and Hull College)
His main research interests include; Strategic leadership, SMEs management and access to funds, Marketing Communications. He has published some articles relating to these areas of interest.
